Non-profit association being registered in Douala, Cameroon. Founded 2027.

What we do

What is under way today, what comes next, and what we do not do yet.

Phase 1: association, from 2027

HCOF starts with what it can do well and rigorously. We support orphans, vulnerable children, widows and homeless people, with priority for schoolchildren and teenagers up to age 15. We work with structures that already exist, such as orphanages, rather than creating new ones.

Not part of Phase 1: housing children and adoption. These will come at a later stage, under the supervision of the competent authorities.

Phase 1 · 2027

Food support

A child who has not eaten cannot learn. We bring food and essential goods to those who lack them.

For whom: partner orphanages, homeless people, struggling families.

How: gifts prepared in advance, handed over in person, recorded and reported.

Phase 1 · 2027

School support

Education is the surest path to independence. We help vulnerable children stay in school.

For whom: schoolchildren and teenagers, up to age 15.

How: supplies, school fees and follow-up of schooling.

Phase 1 · 2027

Care for the most fragile

Beyond material need, there is loneliness and distress. We offer presence, listening and prayer to those who wish it.

For whom: widows, people in distress, homeless people.

How: visits, listening and referral to existing services, according to our capacity.

Who do we help, and how do we choose?

We serve without distinction of ethnicity, region or social status. What matters is established vulnerability: an orphan, a vulnerable child, a widow in hardship, a homeless person.

Every child is protected by our child protection policy. We publish no image of a child without authorization, and files remain confidential.

How we report

Every Phase 1 action will be documented: what was given, to whom, when and with which funds. Results will be published on the Impact page, and donors will receive a use-of-funds report. See Give.

Future development

Future program expansion will be decided separately from HCOF's legal status. New activities will be introduced only when the organization has the capacity, safeguards, partnerships and resources to deliver them responsibly.

Institutional options

As HCOF matures, it may pursue NGO accreditation, recognition of public utility, or other appropriate institutional recognition according to the conditions then met. These options are not presented as mandatory consecutive stages.
