Where your gift goes
In Phase 1, gifts directly fund field actions: food, supplies and school fees.
Financial accountability
HCOF commits to:
- issue a receipt for any significant gift;
- send the donor a use-of-funds report;
- hold funds in bank accounts in the association's name, with joint signature of the president and the treasurer;
- close its accounts every 31 December and present an annual financial report;
- be open to an external audit.
