Every child deserves a future.
Hope's City Outreach Foundation (HCOF) supports orphans, widows and the most vulnerable in Cameroon through concrete action and transparent management.
“As long as God reigns, everything can change.”
What we do today
HCOF starts in 2027 with simple, achievable actions: feed, support schooling, relieve hardship.
Food support
Gifts of food and essential goods to orphanages, homeless people and struggling families.
School support
Help with schooling for vulnerable children and teenagers, with priority up to age 15.
Transparency
A receipt and a use-of-funds report for every significant gift, plus an annual financial report.
An organization designed to grow
HCOF begins as a non-profit association. After this first phase, its institutional development will depend on its legal eligibility, demonstrated activities, operational maturity and the requirements applicable at that time.
Non-profit association
Initial legal and operational phase, with first field actions in Douala and public reporting.
NGO accreditation
HCOF may seek NGO status if its development and the applicable eligibility requirements make that route appropriate.
Recognition of public utility
HCOF may also seek recognition of public utility if the organization meets the relevant conditions. This is not presented as a mandatory step after NGO status.
Foundation structure
The long-term objective is an appropriate foundation structure for the Hope's City vision, subject to the legal framework and formal approvals then applicable.
NGO accreditation and recognition of public utility are presented as possible institutional developments. Their relevance, order and timing will depend on the conditions actually met by HCOF.
